20. JOB AUDIT #1
A minimum of two job audits are required. However, the number of job audits depends on the scope of the audit. Sufficient auditing of the processes and material cast must be conducted so as to satisfactorily answer all questions. If multiple shifts are used, part of the audit shall occur on each shift. If melting and casting occurs only at night, at least 4 continuous hours of auditing shall occur on the night shift Any noncompliance, with respect to existence, adequacy, and/or compliance, observed during the job audits, should be recorded as an NCR on the applicable checklist question/paragraph above, and the NCR should include a reference to the Job audit number for which the noncompliance was observed.
