质量方针应:
a. 作为形成文件的信息,可获得并保持;
b. 在组织内得到沟通、理解和应用;
c. 适宜时,可为有关相关方所获取。
5.2.2、Communicating the quality policy
The quality policy shall:
a. be available and be maintained as documented information;
b. be communicated, understood and applied within the organization;
c. be available to relevant interested parties, as appropriate.
