10.1、总则
组织应确定和选择改进机会,并采取必要措施,以满足顾客要求和增强顾客满意。
这应包括:
a)改进产品和服务,以满足要求并应对未来的需求和期望;
b)纠正、预防或减少不利影响;
c)改进质量管理体系的绩效和有效性。
注:改进的例子可包括纠正、纠正措施、持续改进、突破性变革、创新和重组。
10.1、General
The organization shall determine and select opportunities for improvement and implement any necessary actions to meet customer requirements and enhance customer satisfaction.
These shall include:
a. improving products and services to meet requirements as well as to address future needs and expectations;
b. correcting, preventing, or reducing undesired effects;
c. improving the performance and effectiveness of the quality management system.
NOTE: Examples of improvement can include correction, corrective action, continual improvement, breakthrough change, innovation, and re-organization.
