1、范围
本标准包括 ISO9001:2015 质量管理体系要求,并规定了额外的航空,航天 和防务的行业要求,定义和注释。
要强调的是本标准所规定的质量管理体系要求是对顾客和适用法律法规(译 者注:法律一般指国家立法机关正式制定的,而法规一般是指行业监管机关制定的规章制度) 的要求的补充(不是取代)。
如果本标准要求和适用法律法规之间有任何冲突,以后者为准。
本国际标准为有下列需求的组织规定了质量管理体系要求:
a)需要证实其有能力稳定地提供满足顾客和适用的法律法规要求的产品;
b)通过对体系的有效应用,包括体系持续改进的过程,以及保证符合顾客与 适用的法律法规要求,旨在增强顾客满意。
本国际标准的所有要求是通用的,旨在适用于各种类型的、不同规模或者提 供的不同产品和服务的组织。
注 1:在本国际标准中,术语“产品”或“服务”仅适用于预期提供给顾客或顾客所要 求的产品的服务。
注 2:法律法规的要求可称作法定要求。
1、SCOPE
This standard includes ISO 9001:20152 quality management system requirements and specifies additional aviation, space, and defense industry requirements, definitions, and notes.
It is emphasized that the requirements specified in this standard are complementary (not alternative) to customer and applicable statutory and regulatory requirements.
If there is a conflict between the requirements of this standard and customer or applicable statutory or regulatory requirements, the latter shall take precedence.
This International Standard specifies requirements for a quality management system when an organization:
needs to demonstrate its ability to consistently provide products and services that meet customer and applicable statutory and regulatory requirements, and
aims to enhance customer satisfaction through the effective application of the system, including processes for improvement of the system and the assurance of conformity to customer and applicable statutory and regulatory requirements.
All the requirements of this International Standard are generic and are intended to be applicable to any organization, regardless of its type or size, or the products and services it provides.
NOTE 1: In this International Standard, the terms “product” or “service” only apply to products and services intended for, or required by, a customer.
NOTE 2: Statutory and regulatory requirements can be expressed as legal requirements.
